– Monday ~ Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm
– Delivery is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.Orders confirmed are non-refundable.
Orders submitted via Internet will be followed up by a phone call from HIEW to confirm the status of the order.
Deliveries in Singapore only. An additional delivery charge of SGD$25 is applicable to deliveries made to Sentosa and Jurong Island.
A surcharge of SGD$30 will be imposed for every redirection and second attempt delivery.
Hospital deliveries – please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.
