Pricing, Payment, and Order Confirmation Policy

Operating Hours and Delivery Guidelines.

We strive to make our pricing and payment process straightforward and secure.

  • Pricing: All prices quoted on the website are in SINGAPORE DOLLARS (SGD) and already include standard delivery charges (unless otherwise noted).

  • Taxes: All prices are subject to the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable.

  • Payment Methods: Payment must be completed prior to delivery and can be made via credit card transaction or PayNow.

  • Order Confirmation: Orders submitted via our website will be followed up by a phone call from HIEW to confirm the order status and all necessary details before processing.

  • Non-Refundable Orders: Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final and is non refundable. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

To ensure the freshness and quality of our products, particularly our flowers, we adhere to specific ordering and delivery times within Singapore.

Operating and Delivery Hours:

  • Order Processing Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Delivery Availability: Delivery is available on weekdays (Monday to Friday) only.

  • Delivery Blackout: Delivery is NOT available on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Delivery Scope and Surcharges (Singapore Only):

  • Standard Coverage: We provide delivery services within mainland Singapore.

  • Special Location Surcharges: An additional delivery charge of SGD$25 is applicable for deliveries made to Sentosa and Jurong Island.

  • Delivery Redirection/Re-delivery: A surcharge of SGD$30 will be imposed for every redirection request or if a second attempt at delivery is required due to recipient unavailability.

Specific Delivery Notes (Hospital Deliveries):

  • For hospital deliveries, please ensure the recipient is still admitted to the hospital before scheduling the delivery. This prevents delivery failure and subsequent re-delivery charges.

Order Fulfillment and Product Substitution Policy

We pride ourselves on using the freshest, highest-quality materials. However, due to the seasonal nature of florals and the unique availability of certain materials, substitution may occasionally be necessary.

  • Product Representation: All items featured on this website represent the types of gifts, candles, and florals HIEW offers. The final product may vary depending upon seasonal availability and market conditions.

  • Right to Substitution: HIEW reserves the right to substitute flowers, materials, and/or gift items with products of equivalent value and aesthetic style in the event that the specific items featured are unavailable at the time of ordering. This ensures your arrangement is always fresh, beautiful, and delivered on time.
