1. **For flower orders:** 
   - If your order total is below $120.00, a delivery fee of $25.00 will be charged.
   - For orders of $120.00 and above, delivery is free.

2. **For Express Delivery of candles, reed diffusers, and room sprays:**
   - If your order total is below $100.00, a delivery fee of $18.00 will be charged.
   - For orders of $100.00 and above, Express Delivery is free.

3. **For Singpost Delivery of candles, reed diffusers, and room sprays:**
   - If your order total is below $100.00, a delivery fee of $5.00 will be charged.
   - For orders of $100 and above, Singpost delivery is free.

Do you offer self-collection?

We currently do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Do you deliver to all parts of Singapore?

We deliver to all locations except Jurong Island, Sentosa, Tekong Island, Pulau Ubin, restricted airlines and cargo areas ( such as airport cargo complexes, and airline roads ) and locations that are not on mainland Singapore.

Can I cancel or change my order?
